Chromosome reporter 101
Today you a reporter for the Providence Journal, and since there is so much in the news about genetic engineering you realize that you really should brush up on your chromosomes. To make the whole process easier, you and your fellow journalists made a deal that you’d split into groups and research the topic with your group, and then present your findings to the whole; leaving less work for everyone.
As a reporter, you need to ask questions to figure out the story. They seek to be immersed in the problem and know as much as possible.
You will be given two minutes after each group presents to write down two questions for each group, after they present. Think “How? Why? How come? Where?”. You must have an answer for each of your questions- if it hasn’t been asked yet- ASK IT!
